SveltePak License Overview

Ownership and Usage Rights

• Ownership: SveltePak retains ownership of the codebase.
• License: We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the codebase to create end products.

Allowed Uses

• End Products: You may create multiple end products for yourself or clients.
• Sales: You are permitted to sell the end products.
• Public Repositories: With permission from SveltePak, you can use the codebase in public repositories under a fair code license, which allows others to use the modified code non-commercially.

Restrictions

• Codebase Sales: Selling the codebase itself is prohibited.
• Redistribution: You cannot redistribute the codebase without SveltePak’s permission.
• License Sharing: Sharing your license with others is not allowed.
